The pursuit of excellence led Matt to find master-motivator and peak-performance coach, Anthony Robbins. Matt’s enthusiasm, coupled with his strong ability to empathize and connect to others landed him a job with Robbins. While working as Tony’s top corporate trainer for three consecutive years, Matt traveled the United States consulting, coaching, and training managers and salespeople.

Although an outsider could have viewed Matt as being at the top of his game, his desire to help others and passion for communicating essential skills for growth ultimately resulted when he met with best-selling author and sales guru, Brian Tracy. Matt worked with Brian Tracy Programs for three more years achieving number one status in sales and business consultanting.
